Full Job Description

  • Support the payroll team and wider payroll stakeholder group with the analysis of payroll data, identifying and escalating any omissions or errors

  • Provide monthly management and payroll frequency reports along with payroll performance reporting

  • Lead a pipeline of change with third party providers and internal stakeholders, including writing of test scripts and expected outcomes

  • Develop a detailed understanding of our payroll data requirements and become a subject matter expert for the reporting tools used and creation of SOP documents

  • Support and lead on continuous improvement and project activities to develop the payroll processes and reporting tools

    A solid background in payroll with a strong track record of working with large amounts of data and reporting, you'll need to be a confident user of a data analytics tool such as Power BI, Google Analytics or Tableau, SQL knowledge & advanced MS Access. If you have knowledge of Java or Python knowledge this would be big tick for us!

  • Familiarity of working with data lake/warehouse(s) with VBA knowledge to remove manual activity

  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems with minimal supervision

  • Hands-on and in-depth experience of working with ADP Global View, SAP or similar payroll products

  • Excellent business analysis skill including communication, influencing, listening and organizational skills
