Payroll Specialist

We are now seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the day to day running of the Payroll schemes across our UK and European entities. As part of the global People team, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement along with being that bridge between the People and Finance team.
So who are we looking for? You will have strong UK payroll experience with some experience on European entities (Germany and/or Austria would be ideal) and as a subject matter expert on all things payroll, you will be comfortable being hands while also acting as an advisor to the business. We have multiple integrations into our payroll systems so a background in preparing, testing and launching integrations would be ideal. As would systems experience with Workday, Darwin and Cloudpay. The role naturally works with Benefits and we'd be keen to see experience of administering benefits in previous roles. This includes knowing the impact of benefits on payroll including pension auto enrolment, benefits admin and tax treatment of UK benefits. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a flexible approach to the evolving business needs. On top of this, you will act as a pragmatic advisor to the business, have a strong sense of integrity and have a strong desire
to continuously learn.
