Full Job Description

Ensure the Plant Payrolls are processed accurately, meeting payroll and SOX deadlines + Monthly pension reconciliations and submissions + Raise 3rd party payments ensuring they are paid on time + National Statistics reporting + Ensure payroll processes and procedures are maintained to meet SOX compliance + Support year end procedures including P11d submissions + Support Audit requests - internal & external + Support Payroll Projects as required + Support key stakeholders as required + Mentor Payroll Co Ordinator
- CIPP and advantage
- Manual payroll calculations
- Intermediate excel - minimum
- Organised with attention to detail
- Previous shared service experience an advantage
- Able to analyse and reconcile data
- Finance - journals & balance sheet reconciliations
