As a Payroll, Time & Benefits Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience by executing HR system data maintenance and providing expert support in payroll, tax, social insurance, time management, and both local and global benefits administration.
You will be responsible for executing HR system data maintenance and administrative activities in support of P&C business processes in the area of payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and several local and global benefits. etc. You are also contributing to the continuous improvement of the P&C People Support Solutions delivery through analysis of the interactions and collaboration with other P&C functions within and outside of P&C People Support Solutions. You need a broad understanding across local HR processes and tools, as well as local and global downstream impacts on employee lifecycle management, finance, procurement, IT, etc. This is coupled with strong customer focus, communication skills and solution orientation.
The Opportunity
Service Delivery: Execute HR system data maintenance for payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and benefits processes. You will handle mass upload files, monitor data flows, ensure compliance, and resolve any issues that arise.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service for payroll & time inquiries, managing troubleshooting and resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to process improvements, ensuring the efficient delivery of payroll services. You will analyse data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance service quality.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, guiding and advising teams across the business while ensuring clear communication on payroll, time, and benefits policies.
Compliance & Regulatory Excellence: Ensure all activities align with local regulations and Roche's internal guidelines, maintaining data privacy and compliance at all times.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service and accurate data processing. You will proactively address any vendor-related issues.
Data Accuracy: You will monitor and ensure that all data flows are accurate between systems, working closely with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure system integration.

You are an experienced payroll professional with a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services in a fast-paced environment.
You will have end-to-end ownership of payroll and time management processes, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy.
Your problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail will be essential in managing complex inquiries and maintaining smooth operations.
Strong coordination skills will allow you to effectively collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and service delivery.
You have a solid understanding of payroll cycles, tax & social insurance.
Familiarity with the payroll module of SAP is a plus, and experience with systems such as Workday and SNOW (Service Now) will be beneficial in executing tasks efficiently.
Advanced Excel skills for accurate data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookup) are desirable.
Experience with outsourced payroll is advantageous, though in-house payroll experience is also valuable.
Your excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders across the globe.
You will thrive in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to changing needs.
Your attention to detail and analytical approach will ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll
