Full Job Description

Alleyn's School are seeking to appoint a PE Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join the enthusiastic and professional support team from December 2024.

The successful applicant will support the work of the PE Department, especially in the planning and logistics of fixtures and the promotion of sporting achievements within the school community.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems. Strong communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, along with a proactive, positive attitude towards supporting the school's values and sporting programme.

The position is available on a fixed-term, part-time basis, term-time only. This is a maternity cover position, anticipated to last up to one year from December 2024.

The core hours are based on 22 hours per week split over five days. The typical schedule will be working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, but some flexibility can be offered.

The salary will be between £13,046 and £15,220 per annum pro rata based on skills and experience and will be paid over twelve-monthly instalments (based on an FTE of between £30,000 to £35,000 per annum).

The closing date for the role is at midday on Wednesday 9 October 2024.
