Full Job Description

o Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
o Develop a curriculum that caters to a range of abilities, encouraging active participation and a love for physical activity.
o Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive.
o Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that are innovative, challenging, and accessible for all learners.
o Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.
o Promote the importance of physical fitness, health, and well-being in line with the school's ethos.

Head of PSHE (For the Right Candidate):
o There is an exciting opportunity for a Head of PSHE role for the right candidate. This would involve overseeing the planning, delivery, and assessment of the Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Education curriculum across all year groups.
o Lead and support PSHE teachers in delivering a cohesive and impactful program that promotes the personal growth and well-being of students.
o Develop and implement strategies for student engagement and safeguarding in the PSHE curriculum.

We are working alongside a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school who are seeking a talented and motivated Physical Education Teacher to join them in January 2025. Their school is committed to providing a high standard of education, and we are looking for a passionate educator who can inspire students and help them excel both academically and physically., o Must be a qualified teacher.
o A strong understanding of the national curriculum for PE at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
o Significant experience teaching PE to secondary school level.
