Full Job Description
Our Pelvic Health Service is expanding and we need more Pelvic Health colleagues to join this exciting opportunity to grow the service for the future. We are looking for an established Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who wants to consolidate their clinical skills and become involved in exciting projects as the service grows and as we form as a new Trust in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Improving the service delivery across the region.
The successful candidate will compliment the established Pelvic Health team of 5 team members (B8a-B6) and work closely alongside MSK colleagues with the opportunity for further developments working with our colleagues in secondary care., To take a major role in the advanced assessment and treatment of Pelvic Health patients, determine clinical diagnosis and appropriate treatment and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
To act as an experienced and skilled physiotherapy resource for the Pelvic Health service and multi-disciplinary team in the specialism of pelvic health outpatients. Linking with both the MSK Solent Service, Community Bladder & Bowel Service and PHT secondary care provision (obstetrics and gynaecology, colorectal, urology and dermatology).
To ensure appropriate management of patients within the Pelvic Health pathways liaising with all other health professionals to ensure the quality of care delivery
