Full Job Description

  • Manage a large portfolio of pension scheme clients, ensuring we deliver to deadlines
  • Support a variety of Pension Trustees and Administrators, making sure to build strong lasting relationships
  • Deliver high quality compliant pension scheme audits and accounts to clients
  • Coach and train a team of appraisees
  • Accurately review files
  • Manage working capital on your client portfolio
  • Manage and coordinate the completion of numerous jobs
  • Support new business wins
  • Support the development of other team members - lead, manage, coach and deliver feedback
  • The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey.   • ACA/ACCA qualified with recent practice experience
  • Experience working at a managerial level within an audit team
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and audit assignments
  • Proactive, taking accountability for results delivered
  • Strong project management skills with a planned and organised approach
  • Able to 'WOW' clients and build strong relationships
