People Administration Team Leader

PGL and our People & Culture team have an exciting opportunity for a People Administration Team Leader to join the team. Reporting to the Head of P&C Service Delivery, the purpose of the role is to provide line management to a team of People Administrators, who will undertake the completion of people administration processes to ensure a safe, fun and enjoyable experience for our Centre Colleagues.,

• Lead the P&C Administration team
• Ensure our administrative processes are robust, effective, efficient and compliant
• Contribute to required people data, reporting and analytics to support the P&C function
  
  Experience in creating new processes
• Experience of giving constructive and developmental feedback
• Proven track record of staff leadership and management
• Experience of dealing with customers via telephone and email
• Experience of self-directed work with an ability to prioritise effectively
• External business / customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment
