Full Job Description

  • Provide operational support to the People team and wider business, ensuring smooth People operations processes and solutions.
  • Build excellent working relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including review of offer letters and contracts and participating and presenting in new joiner meetings
  • Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Support various People initiatives and projects as needed inclusive of reporting.
  • Overseeing monthly payroll activity and ensuring timely and accurate execution of it
  • Liaising with External Immigration advisers to arrange visas and visa extensions for employees
  • Overseeing and managing maternity and shared parental leaving applications
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in database
  • Participate in / responsible for projects & processes that cover not only the UK but the wider EMEA region

    As a PeopleAdvisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People function of CBRE Investment Management managing related People activities, processes and projects. This position requires someone who is not only highly organized but also possesses a no-nonsense and can do mentality. You will be expected to work independently, handling tasks efficiently and effectively. This role is an opportunity to be visible, accountable and part of a team that values straightforward communication and pragmatic solutions., We seek an individual who is comfortable taking the initiative and working autonomously.
