Here at the University of Central Lancashire, we strive to ensure that all colleagues feel valued and important members of the wider University community. Our colleagues play a crucial role in allowing the University to fulfil its goals.

As a People Advisor, you will provide a high-quality service to our colleagues and will be responsible for processing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, new starters, leavers, contract changes and provide accurate HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR issues.

You will have experience of a full range of HR processes covering the employee life cycle, of working in sensitive and confidential situations and the ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines. This will be underpinned by good organisation skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload and manage multiple activities.

Educated to A Level standard or possessing equivalent experiential learning, we are looking for someone who is either CIPD qualified, working towards qualification or possessing the willingness to work towards qualification.

You will possess excellent communication skills with a highly customer focussed approach and have excellent attention to detail along with the ability to build strong working relationships and work with limited supervision., Disability Confident
