As an People Advisor (ER & Policy), you will provide expert advisory support to managers and leaders on a range of operational employee relations matters, including terms and conditions of service, sickness absence management, performance issues, disciplinary investigations and hearings, and grievance resolution What will you be doing?

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance management.
  • Provide an advisory service to managers and leaders on all People Policies to enable them to support their teams
  • Ensure that ER cases and matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
  • Support the delivery of any HR training the ER areas
  • Work closely with the Senior People Partner to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice

    Understanding of employment legislation, employee rights, and key people policies to ensure legal compliance and minimise risks T
  • Human Resources qualified (preferably CIPD Level 5)
  • Experience of transferring employment law into advice to managers and leaders
  • Experience of working in a previous HR environment
  • Ability to translate employment law knowledge into advice to managers and leaders in the Hotels.
  • Able to communicate and build relationships throughout the business at all levels
