We are seeking a People Analytics Apprentice that's a self-motivated, innovative individual with a passion for detail and a drive to grow in a role that makes a real impact on healthcare operations. As part of our People Analytics Team, you will play an essential role in supporting administrative functions that keep our department running smoothly.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment and work alongside various teams to deliver key insights for the Trust. Under the guidance of our People Analytics Lead, you'll develop the skills necessary to become proficient in all aspects of People Analytics administration, laying a strong foundation for your career in business administration.

This is more than just an apprenticeship; it's a career launchpad. If you're ready to begin a meaningful career in healthcare and business administration, we'd love to hear from you!

Thank you for your interest in this role.
