Full Job Description
As a People Analytics Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Use business intelligence tools to explore and organise people data and maintain governance of these tools.
- Production of regular suite of reports for senior stakeholders providing insights and detailed analysis as required.
- Supporting transition to HR data platform and develop automated reporting capability.
- Creating insight reports utilising different data sets and analyse to support stakeholders and the business in the decision-making process.
- Producing insights and data visualisation to tell the story in the most engaging and impactful way to stakeholders.
- Conducting complex data analysis and identify patterns and trends in people data.
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and develop and implement process changes to ensure continuous improvement.
A passion for data and business intelligence with good analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Relevant experience using data platforms and software e.g., Azure and data bricks.
- Relevant experience in developing reports and dashboards in PowerBI (including Calculated Measures and Columns using DAX functions, and data modelling using Power Query).
- Knowledge of common HR metrics and KPI's and experience in Delivery of HR Management Information.
- An ability to communicate clear messages and translate complex and technical concepts into simple interpretation for an audience.
- Good attention to detail is a must, able to identify and resolve data issues when working with large amounts of complex data.
