Full Job Description

Provide HR expertise and guidance to employees and management through being a trusted and knowledgeable assistant. Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of HR and supporting the Head of People with more project-based activities, shaping longer term approaches and considering broader business needs. We're a small team, with a business partnering mindset, who balance clear accountabilities and informality with an outcome focus and an eye on the commercial aspects. Key Responsibilties

  • Complete the end-to-end process for new starters, leavers, transfers, and promotions.
  • Monitor and manage the People Team inbox, answering and directing queries accordingly.
  • Ensure all employee folders are up to date.
  • Run employee reports as required, using our People system.
  • Send out exit interviews and collate findings.
  • Produce monthly KPI stats packs for business leaders.
  • Monitor people compliance processes.
  • Support the recruitment process by adding and tracking jobs on our ATS system and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Partner with the wider People Team to address day to day people operational issues.
  • Support the People Team with engagement activities for the wider Scoffs Group
  • Ensure accurate sickness and return to work data is recorded onto the People and Payroll system.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date data in the People system.
  • Liaise with the Finance Team as and when required.
  • Support with ad hoc projects when required.
  • Take notes in employee meetings.
  • Role models the Scoffs values and drive a people at the heart culture.
  • Ensure colleague experience is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Any other duties and tasks as provided from time to time.
  • Support of Company benefits and implementation
  • Offboarding of employee's and conducting Exit Interviews.

    Computer literate - Talos 360, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint, and ability to learn new IT systems
  • Team player with a friendly demeanour and a positive attitude.
  • Good time management, organisation, and communication skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 or studying towards a qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • You have the ability to handle a range of issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • You're super organised with a pro-active approach, work well in a team and operate with a growth mindset - you're always looking to learn, evolve and develop.

  • We operate a Hybrid working model, with at least 2 days per week working from our stores and offices.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel to any store in the Group as required.
