Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Assistant to join the People team (Previously known as the HR team). Working within this fast paced environment you will be responsible for carrying out administration processes to support the People and Payroll team for all activities within the employment lifecycle, including Recruitment. You will ensure that documents are processed, systems are updated and maintained in line with data protection. Your main focus will be supporting the recruitment of new colleagues including: advertising roles, arranging interviews, onboarding, keeping in touch with candidates and conducting pre-employment checks. Working together with Recruiting Managers you will provide updates for interviews and offers and assisting with offer paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office environment providing administration support. You will be an effective organiser who has good accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, you will be a team player with a positive can-do attitude. The post will be based at our office in Coalville, Leicestershire. The successful candidate will have the flexibility and willingness to work from home and across other emh sites as required., GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent) Good digital and IT skills with Microsoft Office
