Full Job Description

  • Support the Business Manager and Chief People Officer in implementing the People department's vision and strategy, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Assist in compiling and preparing Board papers with insights gathered from analytics and contributions from the People department.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to effectively distribute People-related information across the organization.
  • Oversee the annual engagement survey and pulse surveys' planning, execution, and follow-up processes.
  • Coordinate and administer the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, ensuring compliance and facilitating the certification process for senior managers and other key personnel.
  • Monitor and coordinate the tracking of Alternative Working Arrangements, ensuring the Hybrid Working Policy is effectively implemented and adhered to.
  • Assist in the quarterly preparation of executive scorecards, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.
  • Continuously improve employee recognition programs to foster a positive work culture and increase employee engagement.
  • Handle invoicing, budget tracking, and other financial management tasks related to People operations.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • High level of creativity and innovative thinking in problem-solving and project execution.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders.
