Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Business Partner to join our expanding team. As a People Business Partner for our Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Unit, you will work closely with leadership and employees across sales & marketing to foster a high-performance culture and drive organisational effectiveness. You will play a critical role in aligning people initiatives with GTM business goals, directly supporting the growth and success of our company.,

  • Partner with GTM leadership to understand business objectives and develop people strategies to support them.
  • Provide expertise in employee relations, performance enablement to the needs of GTM teams.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with both GTM goals and the company's broader strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and adaptability in a dynamic market.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs focused on employee engagement, skill development, and leadership growth within GTM.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to GTM leaders as needed.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform decision-making and measure the success of initiatives, focusing on areas such as retention, productivity, and engagement.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within the GTM organisation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex people challenges.
  • Agility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • A practical understanding of HR best practices and their application within sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • A passion for fostering employee engagement and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively., Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably supporting commercial or GTM teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and the unique dynamics of GTM functions.
  • Experience leveraging HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • A proven track record of supporting business transformation and leading change management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with strong commercial awareness to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
