We are currently seeking a motivated People Change and Transformation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive large-scale change initiatives, aligning people, processes, and culture to meet evolving business needs. With experience in applying structured change management approaches, you'll play a key part in ensuring sustainable organisational growth. We are pleased that this role has become available due to business growth, we are in an exciting time for HCRG Care Group with mobilisations being a key focus for 2025. Our new partnership aims to enhance outcomes for the residents of Bath and North East Somerset, Wiltshire, and Swindon (BSW) by focusing on the three priority areas established in collaboration with the NHS, local government, and the voluntary and community sector.,

  • Collaborate with the HR Case Management team to improve performance against HR KPIs.
  • Support managers in understanding their roles and objectives, providing data-driven plans to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement a workforce transformation strategy to ensure alignment with future goals.
  • Promote a positive organisational culture through effective onboarding and engagement initiatives.
  • Analyse colleague survey results to address cultural issues and implement actionable plans.
  • Work with senior leaders to develop operational plans aligned with workforce strategies.
  • Design and deliver corporate learning interventions to ensure skill alignment.
  • Develop a workforce transformation strategy to prepare for future needs.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and balance commercial needs with employee welfare.
  • Provide expertise in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

    We're looking for someone who embodies key Core Competencies like empathy by putting people first, resilience to thrive under pressure, and the courage to make confident decisions. We value collaboration and teamwork, along with a knack for innovation and embracing new ideas.
  • On the technical side, you should have solid HR expertise, including knowledge of employment legislation, change management skills, and proficiency in data analytics. A commitment to diversity and inclusion, along with commercial awareness, is essential. Strong communication skills are a must, whether in public speaking or clear, concise writing. For Essential Qualifications, you'll need CIPD Level 7 or Chartered Membership, plus a degree or relevant HR experience. It would be great if you also have experience in facilitation and project management.
