Full Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for answering HR queries and manage the HR inbox, ensuring best practice and adherence to process.
- To be the lead for our HR system, ensuring the system is fully utilised and kept up to date.
- Provide general HR and ER advice and guidance.
- Assist in the performance management processes
- Policy and process review including providing recommendations on improvements and adaptations in line with best practice and employment law
- Provide statistical data and reports for benchmarking
- Ensure that employees are kept informed regarding People policies and programs as needed.
- Managing our service awards and employee reward scheme.
- Support with recruitment administration when required
- Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team, People Manager and HRBP.
We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our busy People Team on a 6-month Fixed Term contract., Ideally, Level 3 CIPD or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' experience - Good knowledge and understanding of UK employment Law
- Experience in the compilation of statistical data and reports
- Experience of using HR systems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
