This is a highly varied role which would be ideal for someone who has previous HR experience (Level 3) who is keen to develop and grow in a supportive environment.,

  • CIPD Level 3 is an essential requirement for this role
  • Can demonstrate a sound knowledge of employment law (CIPD Level 3)
  • Proven customer/ service/ stakeholder experience
  • Experience of working in people support role including administration where attention to detail is key
  • Sound communication skills - written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Experienced in using IT systems, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage high volumes of work

  • Salary - Up to £33,000 pa pro rata depending on experience
  • Job-share: 2 x 24 hours per week with some hybrid working
