Joining LED at our Woodbury Support office offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that provides essential support across people and culture (HR), finance, marketing, IT and memberships assistance. How you can excel in this role: As the People & Culture Administrator, you'll be detail-oriented and proactive by efficiently managing the administration of our People & Culture (P&C) functions for approximately 700 team members. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely processing of P&C administration, compliance with statutory requirements, addressing P&C-related queries professionally, and supporting the onboarding, induction and training processes.

You'll bring previous administration experience and excellent organisation skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail to ensure timely completion of the large volume of P&C processes. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly, will enhance operational efficiency. With excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to deal with queries in a caring and efficient manner, building trust with team members and colleagues.
