People & Culture Coordinator

Hilton Foods are looking for a People & Culture Co-ordinator. You will provide day to day administrative support within the People & Culture team. To act as a point of contact between People & Culture and its customers handling queries and requests as they come in. To support the People & Culture team and wider business providing guidance and support to both employees and management teams.

As a People & Culture Co-ordinator some of the responsibilities will be to:
- Providing general administrative support - Processing contractual changes, e-filing and general administration for the department.
- Monitoring and responding accordingly to HR inbox emails in a timely fashion, or forward to the correct team member
- Managing the probationary process, liaising with managers where required, ensuring reviews are conducted, recorded and scored. - To make confirmations in writing to employees
- Maintaining accurate records using TMS and e files
- Producing daily KPI's / Weekly KPI's, attendance to DRM 2 as required
- Providing support to the People and Culture Business Partner
- Scheduling of disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings
- Attending lower-level disciplinary hearings
- Absence management - Daily updating and monitoring of TMS absence records and prompting required action with line managers, booking occupational health referrals
- Supporting new and on-going People & Culture Projects

Intermediate level proficiency of Microsoft Office
- CIPD qualified - Foundation level or working towards qualification (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent written and oral skills in English - Minimum GCSE C level
