Full Job Description

As a Payroll Administrator you will work within our Payroll team and have the opportunity to work in one of our payroll frequency teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that your dedicated area's contract and salary calculations are processed in an efficient, accurate way along with a providing a strong customer service to our colleagues and stores.,

  • Calculating/processing of SMP, SSP and other statutory payments/deductions.
  • Ensuring employees are paid in accordance with company policy.
  • Resolving payroll related queries.
  • Processing P45s, new starter declarations.
  • Process and Pay an allocated Areas of H&M payroll.
  • Monitoring payroll communication channels and responding appropriately to requests from colleagues and external parties
  • Work as part of the team to ensure deadlines are met., Besides your personality, in order to be successful as a Payroll Administrator we believe you

  • You have an experience with paying by the hour business set up and know your way around T&A system
  • Have experience of using payroll software and the calculations it performs.
  • You respect confidentiality
  • You have a strong understanding of our companies' policies and procedures.
  • You like to analyse large volumes of data and understand working to multiple tight deadlines.
  • You possess a high level of attention to detail and have a problem-solving mindset.
  • You can communicate in an inspiring way with colleagues at all levels of the business
