Full Job Description
- Lead the recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard suitable candidates for various roles within the stadium, ensuring alignment with the club's staffing needs, culture, and values
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance staff engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being, creating a positive and inclusive work environment across all departments
- Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to upskill employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational demands, improve performance, and develop their careers within the organisation
- Manage workforce scheduling, staffing levels, and shift patterns to optimize operational efficiency during matchdays and events, ensuring adequate coverage and minimising costs
Previous expereince in a similar role is essential
