This brand-new People Data & Insights Manager role will own and oversee our proposition, ensuring we're firmly future focused and meeting the needs of the business. As the People Data and Insights Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the HR Division's data and insights strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and insights services that empower leaders to make informed, strategic decisions. You'll be at the forefront of driving business initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and contributing to the Group Enterprise data strategy. Your expertise in data analysis, governance, and the use of cutting-edge analytics tools will be crucial in providing actionable insights and innovative solutions. In this role, you'll look to deliver a robust framework to periodically review data quality, governance, and service delivery. This ensures compliant data management, adherence to standards, and a consistently high-quality service offering. Additionally, you will stay ahead of industry trends by researching developments, attending events, and exploring new methodologies, software solutions, and AI technologies. This proactive approach will enhance our HR data and analytics capabilities, providing a greater source of relevant data for our stakeholders. Furthermore, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within your team, ensuring they reach their full potential. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with a passion for data, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to excellence in HR analytics.

    You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience leading insights teams and developing data strategies that drive business success. Your robust ability to form commercially focused recommendations is complemented by your strong communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to deliver data insights to both technical and non-technical senior audiences with clarity and credibility. You excel in building and influencing senior stakeholder relationships, presenting and communicating effectively at an executive level. Your commercial intelligence allows you to understand core business needs and apply the right analysis and terminology to data, ensuring a commercial focus. With a continuous learning mindset, you stay updated with the latest trends in HR data analysis, workplace trends, and best practices. To join our team, you'll also have:
  • Ability to understand business needs, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using a range of data manipulation software, including the Microsoft PowerApps suite
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Degree-level or equivalent industry experience (essential)
