If so, we want to hear from you... We are looking for a People & Development Team Manager to champion a one team, 100% together culture within our People & Development Team. Acting as the glue that binds the whole team, you'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of alignment, trust, and excellence. As the People & Development Team Manager, you will manage a team of 5 P&D Advisors, ensuring that each team member collaborates effectively with P&D Managers across their respective SME areas. You will play a key role in facilitating communication, promoting teamwork, and ensuring that all collective projects are progressing as planned. As a People & Development Team Manager you will:

  • Act as a mentor and support team members ensuring they are empowered to succeed.
  • Provide generalist HR expertise to guide team initiatives
  • Partner with subject matter experts in Learning & Development, Equity Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition to design and deliver innovative solutions that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Lead organisational development initiatives that elevate performance, enhance leadership capabilities, and support business objectives.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and continuously improve employee experiences.

    Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Team Management Experience
  • An understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement strategies. Familiarity with HR tools such as applicant tracking systems, Learning Management Systems, and other talent management platforms. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, and Learning and Development.
  • Strong Project Management capabilities, with experience setting and meeting strategic and operational deadlines.
  • A track record of working and influencing effectively at all levels within an organisation.
  • Experience using HRIS and other talent systems.
