NHS BSW ICB assume all the commissioning functions from BSW NHS Commissioners., You will be joining an organisation that is committed to being anti-racist, inclusive, and diverse and you will play a vital role in helping us design and deliver the strategic and operation EDI programme. The role will include project management and collating information which you will share through reports and presentation in several forums and meetings. This role will also ensure we meet our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duties, whilst leading work both strategically and operationally in implementing the EDI plan and the 6 high impact actions. The role will work on developing key relationships and engaging with communities and stakeholders to improve the experience of diverse groups that work within our organisation and wider system. - The post holder will define current processes, facilitate discussions, and advise colleagues on equality, diversity, and inclusion across all system partners and the BSW ICB. This activity would include leadership and oversight of the NHSE EDI High Impact Action plan, Equality Delivery System, gender pay gap and wider EDI demographic workforce reporting such as WRES and WDES.

This is a newly created role that will work closely with our freedom to speak up guardian, the wider organisation, and our system partners.
