Full Job Description

As the People Experience Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as supporting retention and training activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our Care Professionals feel supported and empowered throughout their time with us. You'll be working closely with both candidates and current employees, helping,

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards.
  • Post job adverts on websites, job boards, and social media, and keep recruitment content updated.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Schedule interviews and support candidate selection activities.
  • Process candidates through the SmartRecruiters, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timely progression.
  • Administer pre-employment checks, collect relevant documentation, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • Coordinate Care Professional retention activities, such as newsletters and recognition programmes (e.g., Care Professional of the Month).
  • Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training records are up to date and compliance is maintained.
  • Assist with scheduling training sessions and provide administrative support to the Trainer.
  • Ensure all recruitment and training documentation is kept current and compliant with the latest standards and policies.
  • Participate in weekly touchpoints with Care Professionals and log supervisions and appraisals.
  • Participate in the office On-Call rota, including one weekend in every six weeks (with days off in lieu), ensuring continued support during out-of-hours periods.
  • Reliably follow pre-defined processes to ensure consistency and compliance in recruitment, training, and retention activities.
