- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings related to People projects, including stakeholder updates, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure all administrative processes related to People projects are efficient, documented, and accessible.
- Administer internal communication platforms, to ensure all change details are communicated in an accurate way.
- Assist in producing monthly People board reports by gathering key metrics, such as engagement scores, turnover rates, and NPS.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, communication materials, and employee engagement records.
As a People Experience Advisor, you will support the People Experience Partner by providing essential administrative and organisational assistance across People-related projects, change communications and the team member lifecycle., Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a People, HR, or project environment. - Experience managing and maintaining data and records.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools and practices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Have high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and communications.
