Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a People Intelligence Analyst who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You will be a key member of the People Intelligence, Planning and Analytics (PIPA) team and will act as the main point of contact for all queries to the team and will be responsible for the PIPA team inbox and answering the daily emails/enquiries that arrive.
You will help support the administration of ESR (the HR/Payroll system) and the production of the Trust's monthly and weekly reports (including KPIs).
You will also be responsible for maintenance of the ESR system, including checking and correcting data quality and working to advance the usage of ESR.

It is important that you understand and refer to our values during your recruitment process and beyond!, Be responsible for the management of the shared PIPA team inbox, responding to a high volume of emails and resolving queries/issues on a daily basis (escalating where necessary).
To provide support, advice and instruction to Trust staff/managers on the best and correct ways to use ESR (via email, MS teams calls, telephone or face-to-face).
Work with the Technology Enhanced Learning team to provide a seamless upload between the learning system and ESR, support with any queries that might arise.
Be responsible for the weekly PIPA reporting schedule ensuring all reports are downloaded, formatted/analysed in Excel and sent out on time.
Process the ESR Manager Self-Service leaver notifications as and when they arrive, checking for incorrect information and advising Managers of the correct protocols.
Audit and check the quality and consistency of data held within the ESR system for accuracy, escalating to the People Team where necessary., Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification applicant pack for further detailed information regarding this role.
