FTC - 12 Months

Hybrid - London Waterloo (once a week)

The People Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in operationalising our HRIS landscape to drive a human experience in a digital-first way for our 15,000 capable and committed colleagues. This role supports the ongoing 3-year People Plan and business requirements by ensuring HR processes, data, tools, and solutions are maintained, evolved, and supported consistently.

Reporting to our Head of People Operations & Transformation, you will also play a key SME role in our HR Transformation projects managing all People Operation requirements.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

-Lead the operationalisation of our HRIS landscape, overseeing day-to-day core HR operations, including data & system management, reporting, and analytics.
-HR Operations Management Ensure people data, reporting, systems, and self-service processes are effectively governed, maintained, accurate, compliant, fit for purpose, and future proofed. Functionally support and maintain our core HXM platform (SAP SuccessFactors) and other independent HR systems, including analysis of release schedules and impact on people processes/functional system operations. Promote a culture of improvement and change across the people operations team in relation to process improvement and service delivery.
-Team Management: Management of internal team of People Ops specialists and service management of offshore third-party team delivering people ops admin support for our core HR solutions, to ensure HR processes, data, reporting, and solutions are consistently maintained, evolved, and supported.
-Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with People function CoE's and business leads to support digital HR processes, and ensure PII data/ reporting, tools and solutions are aligned with the 3yr people plan and business requirements. Building strong relationships to manage day to day operations and change effectively.
-Partnership with Technology Teams: Partner closely with technology teams (IT Operations and IT delivery) to ensure to maintenance of in life solutions, supporting incident management as required and ensuring our systems/ integrations are aligned with our overall people team requirements and initiatives.
-Project Management: Manage all People Ops project requirements and resources, from large-scale system changes to small operational changes. Develop clear project plans, conduct impact assessments, lead, and support UAT and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect and enhance HR processes and colleague experience.
-Data Security: Ensure the delivery of people operations, while upholding the highest standards of data privacy, security, and GDPR compliance

You will need:

-Extensive experience in HR Operations Ideally 5+ years
-Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
-Experience partnering with offshore third-party vendors for systems support and technology delivery.
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to support/ manage large-scale system changes and small operational changes.
-Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and analytics.
-Ability to build strong relationships and manage change effectively.
-Leadership experience in HR analytics and people systems administration.
-Relevant system experience (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors & Zendesk) and competence in data and analytics.
-Relevant professional qualification desirable (e.g. CIPD)
