Full Job Description

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join a great team dedicated to making our Trust a great place to work by developing, enabling and supporting our people to provide the best quality care in a compassionate environment where they can thrive. The post holder will be an integral part of the People Consultancy and Operations Service team and will support the Group Head of People and People Partner in the provision of a comprehensive HR advisory and support service to allocated Groups and Directorates., The key focus areas for the post holder will include:

  • To provide operational advice and support within designated areas and encourage best employment practice challenging practices were appropriate.
  • To maintain high quality professional standards and ensure that follow up actions are dealt with or are referred to the relevant HR colleague in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that Group Heads of People and People Partner are kept informed of progress on current cases and all relevant issues within the Groups and Directorates
  • To act as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries.
  • To provide timely advice to managers and employees on the interpretation of Agenda for Change terms and conditions of service, ensuring consistency of practice.
