Full Job Description

Were looking for an enthusiastic and driven People Operations Partner to join our People Operations team. This role focuses on supporting our global employees with people-related processes and questions while also being the go-to expert for the team. You'll help with various initiatives and projects, either leading or supporting them.
A solid grasp of payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes is essential, and experience in global mobility is a plus. You should be self-reliant and dependable as you manage different processes and support other teams.
Reporting to People Operations Manager, you will play a key role within the team mentoring and supporting other team members with day-to-day activities within the Operations team. You will focus on process improvement and automation while also collaborating with other teams and building interpersonal relationships within the business.

Delivering the highest quality of work and ensuring that all team tasks meet top standards whilst providing the best-in-class employee experience
Shaping the employee journey by iterating onboarding and offboarding processes and supporting payroll processes
Managing and implementing new benefits, ensuring effective oversight of current offerings and handling renewals
Working on complex projects while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly
Establishing new, efficient, and compliant processes while keeping existing process documentation up-to-date
Assisting and mentoring others, providing support and guidance to help them grow

At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR
A creative mindset that brings ideas to life
A commitment to high standards
A range of experience in all aspects of people operations management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
A passion for process optimisation and continuous improvement
The ability to tackle complex issues while also being hands-on with everyday tasks
Ability to manipulate, analyse, check and validate data
