You will work closely with the Senior People Partner and our centres of excellence, getting involved with a whole range of people initiatives across the employee lifecycle ranging from recruitment and skills development to supporting organisational change programmes.

As the People Partner, you'll use data and insights to identify and implement targeted value add actions that address people issues within your business area and drive business performance. You'll coach and support people managers with their engagement and experience plans to ensure the People Experience is continually being improved.

You'll build and maintain excellent relationships with various stakeholders, including centres of excellence, leaders and TU's, developing an in-depth understanding of the business area you support.

Your behaviours and approach are key to success! You will have an outcome-based approach to HR, and you'll focus on the human/people side, always thinking of the impact of your approach on the overall employee experience.

We're talking about everything from enhanced parental leave to electric vehicle leasing, health insurance to product discounts, critical illness insurance to technology vouchers, gym membership to season ticket loans.

At EDF UK, we embrace flexibility while recognising that everyone's working needs are different. Whether you're in our office spaces, on site, or working remotely, we promote an environment that supports collaboration, connection, and comfort. No matter where you are, our priority is to make sure you feel safe, valued, and celebrated.
