An opportunity has arisen in our People Partnering team based in Gloucestershire. You will join a diverse team of People Partners and Advisors, providing professional advice, guidance and proactive HR support to Trust managers. This role is hybrid working, with attendance required on site across various Trust locations and working from home. The ideal candidate will be based in Gloucestershire within commutable distance to Staverton.Main duties of the job You will take responsibility for improving and sustaining performance across a wide range of workforce metrics and regularly review these with your management teams. You will act as an interface between the operational management teams and the centralised transactional services, ensuring effective communication in relation to the establishment position and recruitment needs. You will also ensure an effective and efficient employee relations service, advising managers and investigating officers appropriately on policy, employment law and process to ensure outcomes that are both timely, supportive and which protect the organisation, its staff and patients
