Full Job Description

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with our General Managers in the Commercial function to build strong relationships and coach them on all employee-related matters, ensuring guidance is best practice, consistent across departments, and aligned with both commercial and transformation goals.
  • Future-Focused People Planning: Collaborate with General Managers to develop people plans that support our long-term business objectives and local market strategies, with a focus on innovation and agility to meet future challenges.
  • Talent Development & Succession:
  • + Build and maintain a Learning Needs Analysis for the relevant teams, emphasizing employee development, especially for high-potential talent. + Develop and align succession plans across functions to ensure readiness for future leadership needs and business growth.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver training programs tailored to your area, including New Manager Induction, Performance Management, Managing Underperformance, and initiatives to support change management and transformation efforts.
  • Compliance Oversight:
  • + Ensure compliance across all satellite locations (Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Austria, Belgium, and Romania), covering contract and policy design, benefit reviews, payroll checks, and handling escalations from the People Services team. + Keep local policies aligned with global standards while ensuring satellite teams are included in group-wide engagement, wellbeing, and transformation initiatives.
  • Employee Relations & Legislative Knowledge: Confidently advise managers on resolving employee relations issues, leveraging strong and up-to-date knowledge of local employment legislation across your regions, with a focus on managing risk and mitigating potential challenges.
  • Transformation Leadership:
  • + Support our transformation into 2025 and beyond by collaborating on initiatives that drive cultural change, enhance workforce agility, and prepare teams for the future of work. + Lead efforts to embed transformation principles into HR practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engagement.
  • Global Roadmap Delivery: Work with the Global HR Business Partner to execute the HR Roadmap in the Commercial function, including strategic workforce planning, performance management, salary review and bonus processes, and employee engagement.
  • Project Leadership: Lead assigned projects that drive transformation and operational excellence, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

    + At least 4 years of experience in a similar role where you have partnered, advised, and guided the business on a range of HR matters, including supporting transformation initiatives.
  • + Strong HR generalist background, with a proven ability to collaborate with Centres of Excellence to execute people strategies (e.g., employee engagement, salary review, and performance management). + Experience of delivering HR and organizational projects in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with tight deadlines.
  • Regulatory & Cultural Knowledge:
  • + Comprehensive knowledge of EU employment regulations and experience working in an international, multicultural environment (preferred). + Demonstrated ability to advise on risk and ensure compliance with local/EU employment regulations.
  • Systems & Tools: Workday experience (advantageous).
  • Key Skills:
  • + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence effectively. + Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects. + Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Education in HR or a similar field (preferred).
