Full Job Description

  • Support line managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions, providing coaching where necessary
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders in the recruitment of their teams
  • Source and complete outreach activity, directly approaching candidates for a diverse range of roles at all levels across the agency
  • Evaluate, screen and interview candidates against set criteria to establish a match in skills and values
  • Identify and grow a pipeline of top tier talent through proactive and innovative sourcing methods, including building talent pools and candidate groups
  • Create a world-class candidate experience from application to offer to onboarding for all potential candidates
  • Analyse people trends and metrics by monitoring and reporting on workforce data as needed
  • Produce accurate contracts of employment and offer letters, along with other new starter administration

  • To leverage existing talent from other teams to reduce skill gaps in the agency, promoting internal moves and career growth
  • Use TeamTailor ATS, to record data and report on key recruitment metrics
  • Supporting agency learning and development by coordinating training initiatives and completing any related administration
  • Design and deliver cultural experiences to preserve and evolve the Journey Further culture in line with our values: open, together, decisive and pioneering

    You have worked in a recruitment agency placing performance marketing positions, or worked in a recruitment role for a performance marketing agency
  • You have worked in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience in a start-up or an SME
  • You have proven experience of recruiting top talent and working with senior stakeholders
  • You can influence and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • You are an effective and succinct communicator who builds trust and relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • You're familiar with employment legislation, particularly relating to hiring and onboarding employees
  • You have a pioneering mindset
  • You're consistently people-first in the way you approach your work
  • You have a passion for continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to develop, evolve and streamline
