Full Job Description

  • Employee Enquiries: Address queries via email, phone, and in person.

  • HR Administration: Manage system changes, employee relations paperwork, recruitment, and more.

  • HR KPIs: Produce key performance indicators to inform decision-making.

  • Payroll: Handle weekly and monthly payroll, and process invoices.

  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate administration and system records, including archiving.

  • Compliance: Complete GDPR procedures, manage Right to Work and ECS checks, and assist with site audits.

  • Absence Management: Oversee processes and system updates.

  • Year-End Processing: Support PLC requests and complete year-end tasks.

  • Working Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday

  • Hours: 5am-2pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm

  • Attention to Detail: High standard of work with excellent attention to detail.

  • IT Proficiency: Confident with Microsoft Office and new IT systems.

  • HR Experience: Previous experience as an HR Administrator and with People XD is advantageous but not essential.

  • Language Skills: Knowledge of an Eastern European language is a plus., People-Oriented: Enjoys working with people in a busy, hands-on role.

  • Professionalism: Maintains a professional image through conduct and appearance.

  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and a strong team player.

  • Problem Solving: Positive approach to problem-solving, working independently or seeking advice.
