People Services Advisor

Are you passionate about providing the best experience for colleagues? We’re looking for a people services advisor to join our people and culture team at our store support centre in Ruddington. Here you’ll be the first point of contact supporting our colleagues across an estate of almost 600 nationwide stores, store support centre and retail fulfilment hub, providing advice and administration support to all colleagues across the business. As part of the people services hub you’ll be a key influencer in the colleague experience.Â, We’ll look to you to provide a level of support to colleagues and managers on low level employee relations/HR matters – supporting and coaching managers with their decision making. This could also include general HR queries that you'll escalate through a tier approach when needed.

As a people services advisor you'll be maintaining confidential colleague data and support on all aspects of the colleague life cycle from issuing contracts of employment to arranging inductions. Working with managers across the business, you’ll also make sure information for new hires is received in a timely fashion to create a seamless onboarding experience.
