- Lead and inspire the café team for smooth operations.
- Engage in food preparation and customer service.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and stock levels efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
- Train and develop team members to enhance service.
- Conduct regular meetings and collaborate on events.
- Support various service channels, including in-café and click & collect.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and monitor food quality.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on health and safety. - Experience in food service or hospitality management.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.
