People Services Co-ordinator

At Saint Catherine's, we provide care, compassion, and support for individuals and families at challenging times. We believe volunteers are at the heart of our organisation, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Volunteer Coordinator to lead the recruitment, engagement, and coordination of our volunteer teams., As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will be pivotal in promoting volunteering opportunities, recruiting new volunteers, and ensuring they are well-supported and engaged. You will actively network in the community, attending recruitment fairs, building relationships with local organisations, and enhancing Saint Catherine's Hospice's visibility. The role includes overseeing the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and helping volunteers thrive in their roles.
