People Services Coordinator

We are looking to offer a People Services Coordinator the opportunity to join our expanding People Services team based in Stevenage, on an 8 month fixed term contract., As the People Services Coordinator you will assist with various HR activities, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.,

• Be first line of phone support for employees queries representing the People Services Team
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee requests through our CRM tool
• Be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to policy, procedure, payroll and general information
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity while handling all data, in line with relevant legislation
• Maintain accurate data regarding the full employee lifecycle from our applicant tracking system to our Core HR system and third party systems
• Suggest process improvements and enhancements to positively effect process and efficiency of the People Services team
• Occasional project work
  
  Previous administration experience, ideally gained within an HR role
• You will be someone with excellent attention to detail
• The role will have interactions with all employees across the business so you will have great customer service skills
• You'll be highly organised and ability to prioritise workload and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment
