Full Job Description
You will form part of our People Services Advisory team, specialising in Global Reporting and Data. A centralised team will be built who will be responsible for handling all reporting and data tasks as well as complex queries from our Centres of Expertise. This is a significant step towards streamlining our operations, standardising processes, improving efficiency and optimising resource to provide a seamless experience for colleagues, a critical success factor., You will serve as the primary escalation point for all data and reporting requests from Tier 1 People Services and will be an enabler of Centres of Expertise. Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of reporting responsibilities spanning regulatory compliance, financial disclosures, and operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive annual and monthly reports tailored to specific needs, encompassing compliance requirements, financial disclosures for the market, and internal performance tracking.
- Oversee the creation and upkeep of dynamic dashboards utilized across the organization for real-time monitoring and informed decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate provision of reports detailing employee status changes, holiday schedules, and tax-related matters to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement automation solutions for recurring reporting tasks, leveraging tools like Alteryx and Power Automate to enhance efficiency and minimize errors in data processing and presentation.
- Work closely with People Services team to identify continuous improvements and efficiencies across processes workflows and data using automation where possible.
- Upskill and develop skills of wider People team members on reporting and data tools to enable self-service.
- Develop reporting metrics and insights to analyse People team performance and inform decision making.
Requirement 1 Data interpretation and analysis - Ability to interpret and bring together data from various sources and summarise.
- Experience with large datasets.
- Proven experience in Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake and/or similar tools, with an ability to quickly learn new systems and software. Requirement 2 Communication and influencing
- Effective communication, influencing, and networking abilities for stakeholder relationship building.
- Proactive, organised, and detail oriented.
- Ability to operate in an agile and fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and SLAs. Requirement 3 Domain knowledge
- Working knowledge of broad HR areas, and/or related domains.
- Understand and knowledge of HR Systems and data regulations.
- Proactive attitude to problem solving and learning.
