People Services Manager (Benefits & Compensation)

As a People Services Manager (Benefits & Compensation), you'll be a part of our Global People Services Team and lead a global team of Benefits and Compensation Advisors. Your team will manage employee and manager queries, administrative tasks, and reporting related to benefits and compensation. The 4 Benefits Advisors are regionally located across North America, South Africa, the UK, and Europe, while the 2 Compensation Advisors are based in the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring that our reward systems and processes are streamlined, effective, and aligned with our company's goals. What's in it for you?

• Oversee daily operations of benefits and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient service delivery.
• Implement processes that enhance efficiency and governance across the Reward function.
• Collaborate with the Reward Centre of Expertise, external benefit providers/vendors, Payroll, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
• Implement quality controls through regular audits to maintain high data standards.
• Take ownership of the pay review cycle and open enrollment processes, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Address complex benefits and compensation issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
• Assist in shaping the future structure and capabilities of the team to meet the company's evolving needs.

• You have a background as an Human Resources Advisor or Generalist and ideally experience in rewards (benefits or compensation)
• Strong leaderships skills to lead and manage a high performing team (previous people management not required)
• Experience from a large organisation/company
• Comfortable building and maintaining successful partnerships with Rewards Partners and other People function leaders.
• Strong analytical skills, intermediate proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing Excel.
• Problem solver and able to resolve problems at pace and problem-solving/issue-resolution skills.
