Full Job Description

  • Planning, implementing and administering local human resources programs through local (on-site). support (appraisal, Unfiltered survey, etc).


  • Close cooperation with regional HRBP for execution of global programs on local level (TD, TA, Global Ops etc.).


  • Close cooperation with the local HRBP for the execution of payroll for UK


  • Coordination of full payroll process in FR and close collaboration with external stakeholders and finance team


  • Proactive care of the quality of data in Success Factors for UK and FR


  • Act as first go-to-person for local staff UK and FR


  • Drive and support ongoing alignment of integration related topics with local SAP counterparts (office management, events, harmonization of communication)


  • Operational Tasks


  • Drive proper execution of internal comms with intern


  • Close collaboration and advising of people intern coordinator


    • §Responsible for internal and external comms strategy

    §Manage local communication channels (Slack, Newsletter, Townhalls etc) to guarantee multi-channel communication flow.

    §SharePoint FR (ongoing)
