Full Job Description

Working within the People Operations function as part of the Advice and Guidance team you will be responsible for providing expertise across the whole of CQC in relation to case management e.g. disciplinaries, absence reviews, grievances and capabilities alongside response to complex query management in relation to our people policies and procedures.

You will be able to work closely with their peers to share best practice and knowledge and to be able to think outside of the box when faced with difficult or more complex issues whilst working within the remit of our policies and procedures.
You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accurate and consistent advice.
