Full Job Description

The HR Systems Team is responsible for the production of all people related management information using system such as ESR and e roster systems. It is also responsible for ESR manager self service payroll approvals and HR administration transactional input into ESR This is an exciting opportunity to join and be part of the People Systems Team providing key strategic support to the Trust managers, employees and key stakeholders., Your focus will be to support the accurate data provision/input for all of key people related information on time to the Trust managers and external agencies such as NHS Improvement. Key responsibilities include: + Support the production of the business scorecard on all HR KPI's for Trust executive Team and Management Board + Completion of HR administration transactional input + Support al other ESR related activities completed by members of the HR systems team + Assist in the production of reports detailing specific data required to meet NHS and legislative requirements + Providing information in response to freedom of information requests + Responding to requests for information for senior management across the trust + Updating ESR work structure information to ensure it is kept in line with e roster and financial systems
