Full Job Description

As a People and Talent Business Partner, your role is pivotal in driving the company's talent strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in human resources, talent management, and organizational development.

In this role you will also be responsible for defining, developing and executing the Recruitment, Learning & Development strategy for Bulgari Hotel London focusing on people development, service excellence and talent retention. You will work with all departments to build and embed an authentic learning culture at all levels of the business., 1. Talent Management

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.


  • 2. Employee Engagement and Culture
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

  • Organize team-building activities and events to enhance employee morale and collaboration.


  • 3. Performance Management
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure clear, consistent, and fair performance evaluations.

  • Assess training needs and develop learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Advise on employee relations issues and handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
