Insight Executive Group is proud to partner with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust to source candidates for key appointments for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative healthcare initiative. We are seeking strategic and experienced professionals to join our team and contribute to the creation of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will set new standards in patient care and sustainability.
As the People Workstream Lead, you will lead the workforce planning for all aspects of the Trust's hospital redevelopment programme. This role involves driving workforce strategy, managing people operations, and ensuring workforce readiness for the Hospital 2.0 scheme. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the programme meets the highest standards of governance, public accountability, and quality benchmarks, delivering substantial benefits to the community.
Develop a comprehensive workforce plan that aligns with the project's goals, ensuring seamless execution and effective scheme operation.
Lead workforce transition and transformation efforts, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with clinical leads to develop the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the new hospital, focusing on workforce models and organizational structures.
Manage recruitment processes, attract high-calibre personnel, and contribute to the development of a holistic Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.

Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines that define workforce models and processes for the new hospital.
Oversee the recruitment and retention strategies, working closely with HR and programme teams to attract specialized healthcare professionals.
Contribute to the development of a social value strategy to foster positive community impact through workforce initiatives., Ensure workforce models are compliant with healthcare regulations and standards, supporting the transition to the new hospital.
Collaborate with operational directors and programme teams to identify opportunities for more efficient ways of working.
Lead engagement sessions within the Operations directorate to update colleagues on workforce programme developments.
Support the planning of the Trust's business continuity and emergency response in relation to the new hospital scheme.
